Current COVID International Travel Restrictions

Alright people. Let’s get one thing straight. This is just an informative post. Meaning I DO NOT condone traveling for leisure right now outside of the US. I think it’s selfish, given our number of cases rising and many other countries finally getting the virus under control there.
While I understand people are getting antsy & claim they will help the tourism industry, we as Americans need to sit in time out, wear a mask, and think about how we’ve handled things so far. Some countries have put us in time out including the European Union. Let’s not forget the State Department imposed a Level 4: Do Not Travel advisory that has been in place since March, instructions "to avoid all international travel due to the global impact of COVID-19.
But, as the world returns to normal again, I understand we all have the choice to travel. My hope is that anyone who chooses to travel does it with respect and care for the country they are choosing to impose on.
Alright so here is the current list of open countries to US citizens:
Aruba
Currently open
July 10th
Bahamas
July 7th
Negative COVID test within 7 days
Belize
August 15th
Negative COVID test within 72 hours or test at arrival
Bermuda
July 1st
Negative COVID test within 5 days of arrival
$75 fee application fee
Cambodia
$3,000 travel fee
If someone on arriving flight tests positive, all passengers must quarantine for 14 days
Mexico
July 21st, unless “essential travel”
St. Lucia
Currently open
Negative COVID test within 48 hours of flight
Serbia
Currently open
United Arab Emirates
July 7th
Negative test no more than 4 days before departure
